- Continue to Microsoft sign-in using that same email account. Look for an Account Verification Code from TransportGistics (via Microsoft) if prompted.
- In the Vendor Workspace, choose Process an ATS to create a TGI Delivery Note against the purchase order.
- Choose Shipments Released to review submitted items, release dates, delivery-note numbers, and LSP assignment.
Frequently asked questions
What should I enter as the business reference?
Use the purchase order number for the shipment you are processing. Enter your vendor number in the separate carrier or vendor number field.
Why is my purchase order not found?
The purchase order must be on file, with your supplier number on its current PO record and an active approved email domain for your vendor organization. A separate PO authorization is not normally required. Administrators can grant additional PO-specific supplier or domain access. Check the number; if it is correct, ask your TransportGistics contact to verify the supplier number, organization, approved domain, or exception.
Can I create a delivery note for a purchase order that is not on file?
No. Process an ATS requires a valid, authorized purchase order before a TGI Delivery Note can be created.
Which account should I choose at Microsoft sign-in?
Choose the work account matching the email address entered on the TGIAlign login form. A different account may not match your vendor access.
What does Pending mean in the LSP column?
No carrier has been assigned to that released shipment yet.
How do I find a released shipment?
Open Shipments Released and filter by purchase order, PO item, delivery note, LSP, or release date. You can also sort the results by column.
How do I start another ATS?
Return to Process an ATS in the Vendor Workspace and enter the next authorized purchase order.
